- What country is my package being shipped from?
East coast in the USA

- How long does it take to ship?
Turn around time varies for each item.
Clothing, jewelry, and accessories are typically 1-7 business days depending on the size of the order. Please message us via our contact page if you need a rush on any item, and we will let you know if Overnight or Priority Express is available for your order, and if any additional fees will apply. 

- How is my package being sent?
All packages sent within the U.S. will be shipped either first class, or priority, depending on the items you purchase. Lighter items such as jewelry or accessories will ship first class if purchased alone. Heavier items and bigger orders will ship priority. You will be updated with tracking information as soon as your order is processed and shipped.

- Is tracking available on all countries?
Unfortunately, International orders (outside of the USA) are not able to be shipped with tracking unless you upgrade. If you would like to upgrade, please send us an email and we will invoice you for the difference in shipping charges.

- How long does it take to ship?
Delivery time is roughly 3-5 business days for US orders once shipped, and 2-3 weeks for international orders (can be shorter or longer depending on your countries customs and local delivery process).

- Why isn't my tracking working?
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated by USPS. Once scanned in by USPS, the tracking will update.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

12. I received a damaged item, what should I do?
Please email us at with pictures of the damaged product. You must email us within the return period about damaged items (14 days).
