Returns & Exchanges

- What is your return policy?

All items, except for sample sale items, are refundable. Sale items in marked as Sample Sale are final sale. In the event you desire to return a product(s) (that's not a sale item), you have fifteen (14) days from date of delivery. In order to return a product for a refund and/or exchange, the product must be free from any sign of wear, tear, washing, damage, or alterations. All tags included and attached to the product in original order must be attached still. Please contact us here or email us at with your order number, subject line RETURNS, and any other information you may want to include for the expedite the approval for return. Returns must be made within 14 days. After 14 days, we can not allow a return.  Gift returns and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a store credit or a merchandise gift card. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and exchanges. If you would like to return your item, we will be happy to refund customers the price of the items purchased, minus shipping costs. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Once a return is approved, you will receive an email with return information!
- What is your exchange policy?
Because we sell out of inventory so fast, we don't offer exchanges. We treat it as a new order. To process an exchange simply purchase the new product(s) you want in a new order on and wait for the return instructions. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise,. Once refund is approved on our end, you will receive the credit back to your account within 7 business days.  

- How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
Once we receive the item, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. Once it has been processed the money can take up to 5-7 business days to be returned.
